A scale-up powered by green energy
We at instagrid are on a mission to replace fossil-fuel-powered engines with mobile power supply solutions fueled by renewables – eliminating noise and exhaust fumes whenever and wherever used. We are taking on the Nordics on a larger scale and are looking for a well-connected Swedish-speaking sales professional to take us there.
We may be a scale-up heading towards accelerated growth and new markets but we're not about to let go of our start-up mindset – we want to cherish it! The way we perceive the nature of our core business as unestablished, our business environment as constantly changing and our daily endeavors as ladders for us to climb, step-by-step, are all an integral part of our work ethic and organizational culture.
Our core product – a portable 20 kg, 230 V power supply – provides 3 600 W of continuous power and 2.1 kWh of energy. Whereas a common 3-5kW fuel generator typically uses 2.23 liters of petrol or diesel and contributes to 6,8 kg CO2-eq emissions daily, our battery charges entirely in less than 3 hours and powers an entire workday without any emissions. We're proud to say nothing this powerful has ever come in this size or in such a beautiful design. Out of energy suppliers, our instagrid ONE max was awarded first prize in the Excellent Product Design category at the 2022 German Design Awards.
Such triumphs and innovations are the results of a strong and diverse team. In our matrix organization, we often rely on our colleagues in other countries for regional assistance when serving our international clients. Sales Manager, Nordics
As our Sales Manager for the Nordics, you share with us an appreciation for the environment and an enthusiasm for what we can all do to preserve it. You may have a number of established networks in the Nordic region, in construction or other industrial companies. Perhaps you've sold hardware or software solutions to these companies and have managed pre-sales and sales processes in your career.
At instagrid you will work in an international setting and will be in regular contact with your sales management colleagues in Germany, France and UK whilst reporting to our Head of Nordics, Soile Motsakov-Nykopp in Finland and Vice-President Global Accounts Sales, Bernd Gienger in Germany. All together, the sales function of our company consists of 15 experts. Our sales team enjoys equal pay and a fixed salary. Fostering togetherness, intrinsic motivation and working side-by-side towards common goals is the way we roll.
Due to regular travels to your clients and homebase, it is handy if you are based in the Nordics. Your closest office location is in Helsinki, Finland where we offer an inspiring workspace at the Nordics' leading startup campus Maria 01.
