We are looking for a Sales Manager (f/m/d) - Nordics.
As a Sales Manager (f/m/d) you help to grow the sales organization from the bottom. As the first point of contact to our international B2B customers in the Nordic-region, you make sure you understand their needs and improve their work with our products. You own the sales cycle from the identification of prospect customers to closing the deal and initiating delivery. As a brand ambassador with a strong impact on our company growth, you will
- take ownership for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing for the Nordic-region, including prospecting, marketing and sales.
- set and execute the sales strategy within the team and establish sustainable business relationships with our international B2B customers.
- grow a firm sales pipeline and define your own sales quota that you analyse to continuously improve your results with the methods and structures established within the team.
- foster a community, build relationships with key opinion leaders and influencers.
- provide valuable insight on trends, customer needs, sales, product, and marketing.
- report in a matrix organisation to Head of Nordics, Soile Motsakov located in Helsinki and to VP Global Accounts Sales, Bernd Gienger , located in Germany.
- take a big role where your main market is the Nordics.
Job requirements
- robust empirical foundation and track record of B2B sales in an international setting, ideally of high-quality hardware products.
- preferably either a business or an engineering degree.
- good communication and negotiation skills and techniques.
- a high degree of customer orientation and professional appearance.
- take responsibility and work independently in a fast-growing scale-up environment.
- professional proficiency in Swedish language, and you are at ease communicating in English with your colleagues. Finnish language skill is considered a plus
- readiness to travel. We work much on-line, but naturally we need to meet our clients and colleagues from time to time. You can expect to schedule some overnight trips each month.
