Business Development Manager OCS – Lavazza Sweden

Lavazza is now seeking a Business Development Manager for the OCS channel (Office Coffee Service/Vending) in Sweden. You will be a key person in their Swedish team, working closely with both existing and new customers within the OCS channel.
Key Responsibilities
As a Business Development Manager within Lavazza’s Sweden team, you will be instrumental in strengthening our presence in the OCS/Vending channel. This role requires both strategic thinking and strong executional skills, with a clear focus on long-term customer relationships and commercial growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Acting as the main point of contact for key OCS customers in Sweden
- Driving growth with existing clients through strategic account planning
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the OCS channel, increasing visibility among other things
- Preparing and negotiating offers and contracts, including profitability analysis
- Building strong, long-term relationships across all levels of customer organizations
- Leading joint business planning activities: campaigns, product launches, pricing updates, trainings etc
- Managing sales forecasts and ensuring accurate post-sales reporting
- Ensuring budget adherence in line with Lavazza’s financial targets
- Serving as a communication bridge between Lavazza and customers – sharing insights and market intelligence
- Supporting portfolio, pricing, and innovation strategies
About you:

We’re looking for someone with:
- A university degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent post-secondary education such as IHM
- +3 years of experience in Key Account Management or Business Development, ideally within OCS, HoReCa, Foodservice, Out-of-Home (OOH) or B2B
- A proven track record of developing key accounts and driving sales growth
- Solid skills in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- A valid Category B driver’s license, as regular travel within Sweden is expected
