Account Manager
Are you looking for a dynamic role with a mix of strategic sales and customer relations? Welcome to Standby Oy , where we offer an innovative and enjoyable work environment.
We are looking for a driven salesperson to join our dedicated sales and marketing team. You will focus on special and emergency vehicles for Finnish market. Your role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as nurturing and strengthening existing customer relationships.
About the role
• Responsible for selected customers and partners, as well as active new sales.
• Build relationships with users of our solutions, analyze and influence the market.
• Achieve and exceed budgeted sales goals.
• Represent the company at trade fairs and customer events.
• Work closely with other salespeople and support functions within the Standby Group and report directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager in Sweden.
• The role involves travel, approximately 60 days per year.
About you
We believe you have a few years of experience in technical value-based sales, maybe within the automotive industry. You are skilled at breaking down complex issues into concrete sub-goals and enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously. With your social and business approach, you see business opportunities where others see challenges. A technical education, preferably electronics or automotive, is an advantage.
Personal qualities are important to us; we are looking for someone who is quick to learn, creative, and advisory in customer interactions. Above all, you must be an independent, self-going and self-motivating person. Please note that fluent Finnish language skills are required.
