Account Manager – Univar Solutions – Southern Finland
We are looking for an Account Manager on the road!!
Are you passionate about sales and building relationships? We are looking for you, who wants to increase Univar’s sales in Southern Finland, and ensure our growth with both existing and new customers. In this role you will have a lot of responsibility while benefiting from the dedicated support of both the local and international organizations. The products in your portfolio include premium lubricants from Shell, the world’s market share controller in lubricants. Univar owns the exclusive license to sell Shell lubricants in the Nordics. In addition to products, Univar also offers services and added value.
Univar Solutions is now making a major expansion in the four Nordic countries, where it is growing by about 15 people and new digital platforms & tools will be implemented. This is to expand further from an already leading market position.
Location: Vantaa office as well as “office” in the company car
In this position, you have Southern Finland region as your sales region. Your work will focus in the consumer sector, where you will visit mainly car part retailers and whole sellers as well as bigger car brands, who have car service. Our customers provide lubricants, car parts and service for cars. Your role is to strengthen our position in the market through building and maintaining close relationships with our customers.
You are the one who listens to the needs of our customers, builds strong relationships and increases our success in the field.
A little of what you will do:
- Book your own customer visits according to geography and business opportunities.
- Visit clients 4 days a week and plan your visits and actions one day a week.
- Process our existing customer lists and, in collaboration with colleagues, find new customers.
- Have daily contact with colleagues inside Univar Solutions to solve our customers' needs. This may, for example, be a need for more education, a need for larger volumes or price issues.
- Implementing marketing material to support our products at display.
- Implement new products and constantly have a dialogue with our customers about their needs.
- Make sure our customers are completely satisfied!
Who are you?
We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person with a passion for customer satisfaction and results. You may even be in the beginning of your career path and you see this as a position to prove your sales skills in order to become a successful Account Manager.
You will receive a solid introduction to our products and business. However, what you need to bring with you the right personal qualities and a will to learn.
To succeed in this role, you need to be ambitious, proactive and goal oriented. You must take responsibility for your business and strive to get results. You are socially easy-going and able to create good relationships with a systematic approach.
You are fluent in Finnish and English; you obviously have a driver's license, and it is a big plus if you love cars.
