Technical Operations Manager – SuperGround Oy
Own production performance and drive technical optimization of patented food processing systems in a scaling industrial environment.

SuperGround – Sustainable to the Bone
SuperGround is a Finnish industrial partner helping global food production companies make their operations instantly more efficient and sustainable.
We are transforming how fish and poultry are utilized in food production. Today, up to 70% of fish and a significant portion of poultry remains underutilized. Our patented, scalable food processing solution ensures that more of these valuable resources are fully utilized — reducing food waste, lowering emissions, and creating high-quality food products for a more sustainable future.
We are now entering a strong go-to-market phase, refining our industrial process and building our flagship production in new facilities. As we scale internationally, we are looking for a hands-on Tech Ops Manager to take a key role in our next growth phase.

Ensure our patented process is successfully integrated and optimized
Build scalable service, maintenance, and spare parts models for new markets
You will play a central role in scaling SuperGround’s technology across the Nordics — ensuring both technical excellence and commercial success.
The position is partly remote, based in Helsinki, and you will report directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop the production
End-to-end ownership of technology performance and production
Commission SuperGround machines and processes at customer facilities
Train operators and optimize production parameters
Ensure customers can fully commercialize our patented process

Comfortable working independently with customers
A strong communicator who builds trust with technical stakeholders
Solution-oriented and business-minded
Curious and motivated to continuously develop yourself
