Taste Account Manager
Job description
The Taste team plays an important role within IMCD Food & Nutritional segment. As a Taste Account Manager, you will be a key member in the local Finnish food team and an integral part of the Nordic taste team of five colleagues, while also collaborating closely with the international Taste team of approximately 40 colleagues working with our taste portfolio. You will have a specialist commercial role driving sales of taste products from our leading Food & Nutrition principal. Our taste portfolio is broad and includes not only flavours, but also other ingredients such as natural colours, fruit powders, botanicals, and much more.
The position is based at the office in Espoo and you will be reporting to the Nordic Market Manager, who is located in Denmark.
Your main duties and responsibilities
Develop the pipeline of taste projects, drive these successfully forward and deliver exciting solutions to the customers.
Develop excellent customer relationships.
Work closely and build strong relationships with internal key players such as Applications Technologists, Product Managers and Technical Sales Managers, as well as our leading Food and Nutrition principle.
Present IMCD taste capabilities, trend analysis & end applications with the aim of capturing new taste projects.
Formulate your strategy and action plan for the market segment.

Curious mindset and willingness to continuously develop yourself
Qualifications and experiences
Minimum 2-5 years of experience.
Technical background combined with commercial experience from the food/nutrition industry.
Knowledge and passion for taste and flavours.
University degree, preferably in Food science or similar.
Excellent skills in Finnish and English, both oral and written.

Compensation & Benefits
Fixed salary 3500 - 4500 € based on experience and performance
