We are looking for a
Product Manager - Robotic Solutions
to strengthen our team in Finland. Location will be Lahti or Tampere
Role Description
At Trussmatic, we design and deliver fully automated roof truss production lines. Our robotic solutions bring together advanced mechanical design, software engineering, and automation. Customers worldwide value us for efficiency, quality, and reliability.
As Product Manager, you will play a key role in the Trussmatic family – guiding our robotic solutions through their entire lifecycle. From concept and design to market delivery and long-term support, you will ensure that our products meet customer needs, comply with international standards, and continue to set the benchmark for innovation in our industry.
What You’ll Do
Lead product design and lifecycle management for robotic solutions
Develop and maintain product specifications and documentation for global markets with a focus on key export destinations
Ensure product compliance and conduct risk assessments and safety evaluations
Provide mechanical and automation expertise (PLC & upper-level systems) to support projects
Oversee supplier collaboration and ensure manufacturability
Manage product portfolio planning and Product lifecycle management
What We’re Looking For
5–10 years’ experience in design of robotic solutions and product management
Strong background in the manufacturing industry and automation
Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor 3D, Aton PLM, and DraftSight 2D
Technical degree (B.Eng. or M.Sc.)
Excellent English skills (Finnish is an advantage)
