Business Development Manager
Your task is to build sustainable and productive long-term customer relationships with new clients in Finland. You will drive your own sales activities proactively and master the arts of consultative sales from prospecting to identifying the customer’s pain points and true needs and finally to deliver a solution that supports the Finnish companies to grow and trade with security.
Based in Helsinki you will be a vital part of our effective team of 25 professionals working with risk management, sales, claims & collections, surety and guarantees and administration. Due to the importance of the role, you will report directly to our CEO of in Finland.
In order to be successful in this role you need to be independent, self-motivated and have high ambitions. We expect you to have some 5 years’ experience and a proven track record from sales, preferably in financial products i.e. factoring, commercial insurance or financial services. General understanding of finance and an interest towards economics provide a good basis for fruitful discussions. You are fluent in written and spoken English and Finnish.
Ideally, you already have an understanding of how to build a profitable sales pipeline and a willingness to develop your knowledge further. Above all, we are looking for a highly effective and proactive professional with a curious mind-set and an eagerness to win. You set goals not to meet them, but to exceed them.
