We are now looking for a new member to join our team in Finland:
Customer Support Engineer
You are responsible for supporting our customers and our own teams in technical, product-specific questions and problems. In addition to after-sales support, you will also be in charge of our Circle & H Netlight delivery and maintenance projects.
In order to successfully manage delivery projects, you need to be able to work with our customers to gather and organize required information. This will ensure a successful system delivery that fits the customers’ environment.
We are looking for a team player with a curious and open-minded “yes we can” attitude.
So in short, if you are an engineer (i.e. mechanical or electrical) who has experience in technical customer support and who enjoys the fast-paced environment when working with international customers and teams within sales, installation and R&D, you are the person we are looking for!
We offer you a truly rewarding and international work environment with a niche product family for some of the most demanding sites in the world: offshore installations. We offer you a place to develop and improve yourself as we are continuously developing new products and services.
Our work environment scored 4.2 out of 5 in a recent survey conducted among our teams. We are also eager to find career paths for our ambitious colleagues where one can move internally within sales, R&D or operations.
Our HQ is situated in Nurmijärvi, in a scenic area outside Helsinki. We encourage remote work but only after our intense introduction period. However, residency in Southern Finland is recommended, as you need to attend weekly meetings. Our remuneration package includes a fixed salary, a rewarding annual incentive, comprehensive health insurance and a recreational benefit card.
