A seasoned technical sales professional ready to seize opportunities for a global humidification and evaporative cooling business enjoying an interesting phase of growth and expansion in Finland.

For more than 40 years, Condair has been represented in Finland via a distributor in the HVAC segment. Now, upon acquiring the distributor, Condair is entering the industrial end-user segment in Finland. For this segment, the company is looking to strengthen its organization with a Sales Manager, to be based in Olari, Espoo.
Sales Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Prospecting sales to industrial end-users in Finland
- Reporting to MD, Finland and to Head of Sales Cluster Northern Europe, UK
- Acquiring new industrial customers and developing business with them
- Implementing and executing sales processes
Qualities for success in this role:
- A solution-minded personality with proven track record of B2B sales
- Ability to organize and prioritize their own workload
- Capability to work independently in a rapidly changing environment
- Hands-on, proactive and development-oriented working style
- Finnish and English fluency
- A technical educational background in engineering, or relatable technical skills acquired elsewhere
- Work experience in planning facilities, heating/cooling systems, indoor climate or other such systems is preferred
- Willingness to travel regularly within Finland to visit clients
