Sales Specialist - Tarento Oy - Espoo

Our consulting operations and data management unit is based in Espoo, Finland. Our own delivery center is based in Bangalore, India. Our key service areas are in Enterprise Solutions (Microsoft, SAP, Oracle), Data & Information Management, Software Development, Mobile and Digital Solutions. Devotion and a unique delivery model along with happy clients have led to growth, which we want to boost by strengthening our team in Finland. Hence, we are now looking for new key people to join our growth journey:    

Passionate Sales Specialist

Your prime target will be to address the SMB market focusing on selling our services in web, mobile and custom software development, as well as application maintenance services. You don’t have to be a seasoned sales professional – but being dynamic and hungry is crucial. You are independent and can work on sales pitches, produce sales material and liaison with delivery units. 

You are responsible for the sales activities for the SMB market in Finland. You are comfortable with managing the entire sales cycles through lead generation, meeting the customers, responding to proposals, and willing to grow to also handle the management of contracts and commercials agreements. You are expected to work closely with our delivery units to develop our business offering.  

We value a thorough and pragmatic working style where regular maintenance of CRM, managing leads and tracking conversions feels natural. You also want to expand, develop and support current accounts together with our consultants. You have excellent language skills in both Finnish and English. 

We expect a background in B2B sales with a proven track record. We expect you to know current trends of information technology and data, as well as an interest to keep yourself aware of new trends. We want a person with a real passion to solve customer problems. 

As a person you are competitive and self-imposed with good communication and cooperation skills. You want to grow and develop yourself and you’re comfortable with independent work, surrounded and supported by Tarentoes in all three locations
