Due to a positive response from our clients within the food industry will we now strengthen our team in Espoo and are looking for a dynamic TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER.
Your main duty is to build sustainable and productive long-term customer relationships to existing and new clients within the Finnish food industry, where you will focus on sales of technical food ingredients. You will work in close cooperation with our Nordic Team but also with our principals and partners.
In order to be successful in this role you need to be independent, self-motivated and have decision making skills. Your task is to ensure that the goals are achieved and to take care of the customer contracts. You follow actively that our products meet the requirements and expectations of our clients and support them in their product development. You report directly to Business Unit Manager Food Nordic.
We expect you to have experience and knowledge from sales, preferable with background in food and/or feed-industry. Understanding our customer’s processes and production is vital in order to add knowledge to their business development. Travelling to clients in Finland and meetings with colleagues in Europe is part of the job. Your English and Finnish language needs to be fluent.
We appreciate visions within our area of business and understanding of food additives and technical ingredients. A university degree is a must, preferably related to Food, like Food Science or Food Engineering. Above all, we are looking for a pro-active person with a curious mind-set who is eager to learn and do business.
